This course is comprised of 4 videos and takes about 6 hours to complete, easy to complete at your own pace. The ‘Parenting and the Inner Critic’ video series can be done with a partner, or a small group, or on your own through journaling. Meditation and sensing practices are taught, bringing support to the ‘Practice of Parenting.’
